How to book online at MTM Warwick

Made to Move Physiotherapy Warwick is proud to announce we now have online booking capabilities. Situated inside Warwick Stadium it is now easier than ever to book appointments with any of our fantastic Physiotherapists, Matt, Rachael and Andrew. No longer do you need to ring or email the clinic and attempt to juggle your availability with the availability of your Physiotherapist. With the online system, you can see their diary and where they have spots free. The aim of this blog is to show you how easy it is to do a hassle free online booking.

From there, you will be taken to a screen that allows you to select your appointment type. If you have never been to see one of our Physiotherapists before then click First Appointment. If you are one of our many loyal clients who have been to the clinic before then please click Standard Appointment.

Once you have selected your appointment type, please select which Physiotherapist you wish to see, or if you are unsure choose any practitioner.

On the next screen you will see a list of days and times that are available for you to book. Simply click on the calendar and you will see when there is availability.

Once you have selected your therapist, date and time you will be required to enter your personal details. This will ensure we can contact you and send reminder emails directly to you for your convenience. Please add in the comments if you have an EPC (from your GP) or are under a workers compensation claim.

Once you have clicked "Book Appointment" you need to do nothing further. You should see a screen like the one below. Within minutes after booking your appointment you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your appointment is confirmed all you need to do is arrive at MTM Physiotherapy Warwick at your designated time. From then, our more than capable Physio’s will help you on the road to recovery. If you are settling the account privately we have a HICAPS machine on site, this saves you a trip to your health fund. If you have a care plan from your GP our friendly receptionists will explain to you how this works.
