Our Physiotherapist’s have all completed extensive post graduate studies and continue to seek opportunities to further their skills via ongoing professional development both internally and externally. We will employ a multitude of treatment modalities to achieve the best possible outcome. These can include manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription, massage and strength programs.

Andrew Stanford

Andrew is the owner and Director of MTM Physiotherapy Warwick. With seventeen years experience as a Physiotherapist he is well placed to treat any condition that you present with. Andrew studied his undergraduate degree at Curtin University and later completed a postgraduate Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University Melbourne in 2006.

Andrew has worked as a Sports Physiotherapist with the Australian Olympic Team in Beijing 2008, The Australian men’s water Polo team for ten years, Perth Football Club, WA State Football Teams, The Illawarra Hawks in the NBL and currently with the WA Football Commission’s State Under 18 program.

His areas of clinical interest include Basketball, Football, Water Polo and Swimming. Andrew also has expertise with the treatment of shoulders, hip pain and difficult case presentations.

Molly Coventry

Physiotherapist

Molly graduated from The University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelors degree of Physiotherapy with Honours. In her honours project she explored the perspectives of elite Australian athletes on self-reported data collected for injury management. She has presented this research at the Sports Medicine Australia Conference on the Gold Coast.

Molly is passionate about exercised based rehabilitation from injuries and to prevent injuries from occurring in the future. She believes a combination of manual techniques and exercise is the key to a full rehab.

Molly has an interest in sports physiotherapy and is excited to emerge in the Warwick stadium basketball community. Outside of Physio, she enjoys living an active lifestyle, running, swimming and surfing.

Rachael Dodds

Rachael Dodds

Since completing her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in 2012, Rachael has worked exclusively in the private practice setting. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal issues and working with people of all ages. She is experienced in the treatment and management of spinal pain, headaches, soft tissue/joint injuries, sporting injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Rachael is also a certified PINC Cancer Rehabilitation physiotherapist and is passionate about improving the strength, quality of life and sense of wellbeing of women diagnosed with cancer.

Rachael uses a combination of manual therapy techniques (including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and dry needling) along with exercise rehabilitation and Pilates to help patients to recover and achieve their goals. She is dedicated to providing holistic and evidence based individualised treatment programs to assist her patients to live their best life.

With an interest in sports physiotherapy, Rachael has experience working with multiple state level sporting teams including netball, volleyball, soccer, football and basketball. She has also recently travelled to Europe with the Australian Junior Women’s Water Polo team as their touring physio for the FINA Junior Water Polo World Championships.

As a keen triathlete, completing multiple Ironman 70.3’s and representing Australia at the Triathlon Age Group World Championships in 2018, Rachael is also knowledgeable in preventing and treating injuries related to endurance athletes.

Simone Wilson

Physiotherapist

Following graduating from Curtin University, Simone has found herself drawn to the personable and problem-solving nature of private practice physiotherapy. Personally enriched by meeting and working with individuals from all walks of life, you will feel Simone’s genuine care for her client's wellbeing. Throughout the recovery process, you can expect Simone to take the time to listen to your whole injury picture, believing that this is key to creating a highly individualised treatment direction and in turn, a successful recovery.

Passionate about aiding those individuals who feel like their life is being turned upside down by an injury or pain, Simone has undertaken further training in chronic pain. This includes being a certified GLA:D® provider, an educational and exercise program for individuals with hip or knee osteoarthritis. Facilitating clinical pilates, gym and hydrotherapy-based rehabilitation, Simone enjoys removing individuals' barriers to exercise. On weekends you can find Simone assisting with a para canoe program out of Ascot Kayak Club.

Trialling almost every sport under the sun and training under the national pathway programs for both kayaking and athletics, Simone thoroughly understands the biomechanical requirements of many sports and the one percenters required of professional athletes. Simone enjoys working with recreational and elite athletes and has experience treating Australian Hockeyroos, Kookaburras and AFL umpires. She has undergone additional training in advanced strength and conditioning, and dry needling to ensure the highest quality management.
